Qing trees yield medium to large size nuts of an orange to tan glossy color. Qing scores highly in shelf store and often has the best blight resistance available to chestnut trees. It’s nut drop from the mid to late but drop window and it is hardy to zone 4.

American Persimmon Seedling (Diospyros virginiana)
Trees produce medium size bright orange fruit with a sweet flavor distinct from other asian species. Fruit drop is in the fall from early September to late October and provides a good food sources for deer and wild life.

The Mossbarger Chinese Chestnut (Castanea mollissima ‘Mossbarger) is blight resistant, with red to brown very large nuts. It typically has early to mid season nut drop and is hardy to zone 4.

This package has multiple crops that once established will feed and attract big game. In spring, Elderberry bushes will leaf out and have very a palatable foliage, and sweet berries in late summer. American Persimmons will drop next, starting in early September and continue to drop until November. Next to hit the ground will be the chestnuts. These are the big buck makers, packing protein and sugar their nutriment make up is similar to corn and highly sought after by wildlife. Our chestnut trees are hybrid seedlings with strong blight resistance and early bearing characteristics. For the late season, Pecans will wrap up the season in November and December creating a food source into winter.

Sleeping Giant is a three way hybrid tree with Chinese x Japanese x American parentage. These trees bear medium to large light brown nuts in the middle of chestnut nut dropping window, have strong blight resistance, and are hardy to zone 4.

Grown from the seed of a healthy, vigorous and productive tree. Fruit is large and round, with a sweet taste profile. Seedlings are about 12 in tall with a strong taproot around 10 inches long.
Kanza cultivar pecan trees are known for their high-quality nuts, which are medium to large in size with a rich, sweet flavor. They are moderately vigorous with good resistance to fire blight and other common pecan diseases, making them suitable for commercial and home orchard planting. Kanza pecans have a relatively early harvest season and adapt well to a range of soil types, particularly in the central United States.

Peach Chinese chestnuts (Castanea mollissima ‘Peach’) are valued by nut growers for their high yield, distinct flavor, and fuzzy nuts. The cultivar produces medium to large-sized nuts with a some of the sweetest and rich flavor available to Chinese chestnuts. Trees exhibit strong resistance to chestnut blight and have moderate to high tolerance to cold.
